Terms of Service

Short version: use the tools for lawful purposes, keep backups of your originals, and know that the service is provided free of charge “as is”. The full version below.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

The 30-second version

  • Free tools, provided “as is” — keep backups of your original files.
  • You own your files; we own and maintain the site.
  • We watch site health and search visibility with server logs and Google Search Console; on-site analytics runs only if you accept in the cookie banner — no personal profiles.
  • Governing law: Portugal. Questions? The contact page reaches a human.

Plain-language orientation — the numbered sections below are the complete, legally binding text.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using nextaisuite you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service. These terms apply to everyone; where you use the service as a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection law of your country additionally applies and is not restricted by these terms.

2. The service

nextaisuite provides everyday utility tools — for PDFs, images, audio, video and developer workflows — that process your files in your browser. The tools are currently free to use, require no account, and may later be accompanied by optional paid AI features. We may add, change, or retire tools at any time as the product evolves.

3. Your files and your responsibilities

You remain the sole owner of, and responsible for, every file you process. You are responsible for verifying that you have the legal right to process the file and that the output meets your needs. Because processing happens locally on your device, always keep backups of original files before converting or compressing them — lost or altered data on your own device is outside our control.

Keep a backup

Browser-based tools modify copies of your files, but browser crashes or accidental refreshes can discard in-progress work. Save your results before closing the tab.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the tools only for lawful purposes and only on files you have the right to process.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not use the site to store, transmit or generate illegal content, malware, or content that violates the rights of others.
  • Respect the intellectual property of third parties when you use conversion and editing results.

Breach of these rules may result in technical measures (such as rate limiting or blocking at the edge) where needed to protect the service and other users.

5. Intellectual property

The website design, branding, text and original code are protected and belong to the operator unless otherwise stated. We claim no rights over the files you process or the output you generate — those remain yours. Third-party open-source components remain under their respective licenses.

6. No warranty (“as is”)

The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that results will be error-free or lossless. Some tools are lossy by design (for example, compression); parameters are shown to you, and choosing them is your responsibility.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nextaisuite and its operator are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages — including lost files, lost profits, or lost data — arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Portuguese and European Union law, including mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated date; continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

9. Availability and support

We aim to keep the site running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and provide no service-level agreement. To keep it running smoothly we monitor availability with standard server diagnostics and measure how people discover the site with Google Search Console — aggregated, cookie-free search statistics as described in the Privacy Policy — and, only after your consent, Google Analytics 4 for page statistics. Free community-style help is available via the contact page; responses are best-effort, not contractually required.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Portugal — which does not affect rights of consumers under EU law to rely on mandatory protections of their country of residence.
