nextaisuite is a growing suite of utilities for PDFs, images, audio, video and code. The internet made these tools possible; bad business models made them annoying. We are here to prove the alternative works.
Why we exist
Somewhere along the way, “free online tools” became a trap: upload your documents to a stranger's server, wait in a queue, sign up with your email, then discover a watermark on your result — or a paywall where the download button used to be. Your files, your photos, your contracts: traded for someone else's metrics.
It does not have to be this way. Modern browsers are extraordinarily powerful — WebAssembly, native codecs and file APIs can compress an image or merge a PDF entirely on your laptop. We simply chose to use that power locally and keep our servers out of your documents. The result is faster for you, cheaper for us, and fully compliant with European data protection law by construction.
We are an independent, EU-based project. Free tools build trust, trust funds the optional premium AI features we are building, and those features will never require surrendering your data. That is the whole business plan — no loopholes.
Our privacy promises
- Files processed locally are never uploaded or seen by us
- Server logs are minimal, short-lived, and never combined with profiles
- Analytics (GA4) only after you accept in the banner, plus Google Search Console's aggregate search reports — no ad trackers, no fingerprinting, no cross-site profiles
- No advertising, no data sales, no dark patterns
- Honest, human-readable legal pages — because transparency is the product
